Tiger Shot High:
-Should be FA'd, neutral jumped, or ducked.
-Can use Cr.Hk to close distance.
-Don't risk a jump in unless your full screen, Sagat has reasonably fast recovery and often times you'll eat a Tiger Uppercut or Hk.

Tiger Shot Low:
-Should be FA'd or neutral jumped.
-Don't risk a jump in unless your full screen, Sagat has reasonably fast recovery and often times you'll eat a Tiger Uppercut or Hk.

Tiger Uppercut:
-Can be baited, and very easy to punish.
-Nothing you have can beat out, or trade with this, it's best to just block.

Tiger Knee:
-BLOCK! I can't stress this enough, block, and be ready to tech.
-Can punish Hk.Tiger Knee.
-Can Lk.Scarlet Terror his Hk.Tiger Knee, but this is not reccomended, as your timing has to be impecable.

General Strategy:

This isn't quite as bad a matchup as it may seem. Keep your distance and poke were you can, don't worry to much about comboing him, as he can easily SRK you out of your RCFs and Wall Dives. Your looking for foolish Tiger Shots on his part to either let you close into poking range, or to Ex.SHC. It won't take Sagat long to turn Vega into a pile of mush, so a strong defense is absolutely key.

Landing the izunas are very important in this matchup. It shouldn't be that hard since sagat is so big and tall. Try your best to keep sagat in your izuna loop.

You can't over do it, because of the angle on his SRK, but if you keep them unpredictable, he is easier to Izuna than most of the cast.

Good input tho, can't believe I left that out, but I don't go for alot of Izunas, lol
