DSB Ranbats 2.0

No offense to all your tournaments, but they are all lacking something fierce. My first DSB Ranbat was a success and it's about time I ran another one. Same rules apply:

3 Rounds
99 seconds
Best of 3
If you win, you have to stick with that character for the next match
If you lose, you may switch to a different character of your choice for the next match

Once again, I'm only taking 8 contenders to keep it small so that it doesn't take forever. Unlike a one day tourney, this will happen by letting the contestants choose the date of their fight (within reasonable timing in courtesy of letting this tourney move fast). I thought it worked out well and I'm gonna assume it will again. As returning champion of DSB 1.1, I won't be taking part in this tourney (that is my choice). HOWEVER...I will fight the champion of this tourney. Should the new champion of DSB Ranbats 2.0 beat me (and I will do my best for that not to happen lol) I will give them a code to add (a small amount) of money to their account to spend in the PSN Store (I'm not rich people). If I beat the new champion, they still keep their title of DSB Ranbats 2.0 Champion...they just don't get the money lol. Sounds good? Let's all make this a good one! Sign up ASAP!

(And trust me, I do make these things work, but it also depends on the contestants. Make the effort to contact your opponent so we can speed this one along. Last one took 2 weeks I believe? Which isn't so bad but let's try to knock it down to 1 week if we can. Thanks guys!)

Sry for double post, but wouldn't the tournament mode be kinda useful for this? Of course it may depend on who's on and what not.

I'm not doing a one day thing, I don't feel like trying to find a date where we are all free at once (it's too difficult). The last one turned out fine the way it happened and DSB Ranbats will continue as such (players find a convenient time to play and post the results on here).

i think i'll be down to play! have been playing trials too much... need some competition.

lol come by and play with us!! leon is coming back from china next week so i think we'll definitely be playing next week. and i think iwill not join this tourney because i have been slacking off a lot ssf4-wise. and my room where the ps3 is, has so many spiders in it right now, i dont think i could sit still through a match

just two more...c'mon spiders? goes to show you don't play in that room enough

Take a shoe or some bug spray in the room with you. Spiders are nothing, they're actually are pretty helpful around the house lol

I would rather be surrounded by Spiders than freaking cockroaches. I HATE ROACHES. I swear i have cockaraphobia or something.

It's the same thing with roaches Pabbs, just stomp 'em out lol. Or kick them on their backs.

lol dont worry. im working on it! im gonna eliminate the food chain in my room first kill of the ants who are always around this time of year -__- and after that the spiders will hopefully stop coming because they ate ants and when the spiders are gone, hopefully the house centipedes will die off because they eat spiders x__x....
and ive never seen a real life cockroach before, and heard theyre super hard to kill. maybe if your tournament goes onto next week i will join the tourney if the bugs are gone :DD

I think you need to get an exterminator Squishy lol. Your place sounds like is a hang out for bugs, care for some mosquitoes?? Cuz they always down here. Stupid humidity

lolol its not bad to that point. but its like a 1/4 chance that i see any bugs downstairs. no mosquitos though lol the basement isnt humid luckyyy

that's how it was with my house every beginning of summer, billions of ants running around and then we kill them off with chemicals (yay chemicals!) spiders I don't worry about, they do their own thing and leave me alone (I love Charlotte!) though that pig is getting on my nerves......

On the topic of bugs, inside we have Wolf spiders, click beetles, and house centapedes, outside we just have misquitos, lol

You should just all be thankful you don't have Huntsman spiders... *shudder*

lol i dont know what kind of spiders we have, but they are huge and freak me out! the other day i opened the cover for my laundry machine with clothes that were just finished washing in it, and there was a very alive and huge spider crawling in the clothes. T_T how terrifying. haha well if you guys set a date for this tourney and if its happening next week (when leon is comingback) if there are mroe spots left than maybe me and leon can fill the slots but i dont know how this is going to work out because me and leon share a ps3. lol

it's not a set date per se...just like the first Ranbats it lasts for awhile till it's all done...just waiting for 2 more competitors (which you two can take if no one else wants them)
