Today was my first day and my muscles are burning from the workout. And it was only the first and relaxing fit test! My God! If any of you want to try and get in shape, check it out. I swear you'll be hurting from it too lol

Man, that's awesome that we started on the same day, my first was yesterday and I'm a little sore today, but I know tomorrow I'm gonna be unable to walk correctly lol. I'm doing the P90X diet and workout. I've attempted it before; it's supposed to be for 90 days. The first try I got up to like 50 days and I let life get in the way. But now things are more stable and I'm gonna finish this thing out! How long is the Insanity workout? like 100 days?

Personally, I just do burpees, swim laps at the indoor pool in my community, hit the weight benches. The usual.

The Insanity is only 60 days but it's grueling lol I'll extend it further of course if I didn't completely reach my goal

I've done a lot of working out, running, lifting, and such but I've only seen minor results. I wish I can swim laps but I have nothing near me Sad
