WTF Moments

If any of you have seen videos or experience anything funny post it here

i experienced a WTF moment last night. I was playing against the CPU in arcade mode and I was Chun Li. I did a random Kikosho (ultra2) and in the middle of it, Hakan used his EX slide and it beat me out of my ultra. He had oil on so maybe thats why? or maybe ex slide will do that on its own.

I have no idea lol maybe the Kikosho was just a bit too high and he can slide right under it...?

I had something similar during my arcade mode run:
Abel w/Ultra 2 vs. El Fuerte Ultra 2. BOTH whiffed! It was weird, no video though.

well ultras should beat out special moves right?

i thought it hits low. but i guess it doesnt? lol cuz the first hit already hit the tatsu. i thought the tatsu would go right thru it at the beginning
