Just watched the sf2 animated movie. That movie surprised me in so many ways. It contains nudity ala chun li and a awesome bison. Never expected chun li to let a cameran come into her shower. I knew she was a whore

1..2...3 toca en la pared. That part freaked me out. When she's knocking on the door and all the little ghost kids start appearing one by one. Poor benigna. She got messed up. really bad. Walking across the street a truck hits her. Rips apart her face and she's still alive. OUCH!!!!!

Speaking of orphanage, you should watch the Orphan. The little girl that comes out in there is cuter than DG'S daughter. Precious is also a great movie but monique disgusts me. The chick doesn't shave. Lovely Bones is also a good movie.

Squishy, if you want a scary movie, and haven't seen it yet, watch John Carpenter's: The Thing, it was made in 1985, so it's old, but I STILL TO THIS DAY love that movie. It's my #1 pick of all time, but it helps to watch it in complete darkness, during the winter, just before you walk somewere, lol.
I would also suggest Wrong Turn 1, not for it's 'scare' factor though, I found it to be hilarious.
I also refuse to watch Halloween 2(The new one). The first one was a joke, it was incredibly predictable & hilarious.

I've actually refused to see either of the new Halloween movies. Rob Zombie isn't my kind of director...and I do NOT want to see how badly he raped a classic horror movie.

Me an my buddy(the one you guys beat up, lol) were watchin the first one, laughed through the whole thing, crackin jokes at it and making predictions(that came true quite predictably).
Funniest prediction, "Ahh, just broke broke outta jail, first thing I'mma do. I'mma kill me a black guy". Moments after I said that, he walked into a bathroom an killed a black guy o.O

I know how that goes Mince. Before I finally got around to watching Pulp Fiction, I would always catch the end of it, or the very beginning and have to leave right away. Thank god I finally saw it though...awesome movie. And you DO need to see The Thing, it's an amazing movie (Thank god my high school had a Sci Fiction class...got to see a lot of awesome movies, got to see part of Plan Nine From Outer Space in it!).

I thought Tracey meant 8D as in 8 dimensions! Then comes Mince with the Ice Age. Blew my mind. Reminds me of this.

Bumping this thread from way back in the past because it's relevant to my interests and I felt like giving some recommendations should you guys find yourself wanting a good watch. I'll divide them up into categories because I know some people just don't enjoy certain 'types' of films (i.e most of my irl friends can't watch things that are in black and white/before 1970 -_-).
Btw I really like these, but that doesn't mean they're automatically great, so I'm sorry if you watch one and feel like I wronged you.

Stalker (all-time favorite film) Wild Strawberries The Passion of Joan of Arc L'Avventura Bicycle Thieves Hour of the Wolf Last Year at Marienbad The Mirror Aguirre: The Wrath of God Andrei Rublev Red Desert Umberto D Persona Rashomon Au Hasard Balthazar Solaris La Jetee The Seventh Seal Smiles of A summer Night In the Mood for Love (I recommend this if you're into more contemporary/modern cinema) 8 1/2 La Strada M
If anyone is interested in watching any of these / even reads this, I'd be glad to recommend specific films based on the genre/type of movie you're interested in watching.

What are these movies? And where can I watch them?
Stalker Wild Strawberries Bicycle Thieves The Mirror Aguirre: The Wrath of God Persona Rashomon
Subject: Re: Good Movie Recommendations? Wed Mar 30, 2011 7:49 pm
They're all european films, with the exception of Rashomon (Japanese, 1950, dir. - Akira Kurosawa). Wild strawberries and Persona are both swedish films directed by Ingmar Bergman, Stalker and Mirror are Russian films directed by Andrei Tarkovsky (my favorite director), and Bicycle thieves is an Italian neorealism film directed by Vittorio De Sica. I'm not sure where they can all be found, as I own them, but IIRC at least a few can be found on youtube, divided into parts.
